Custom equipment and lines — we design, integrate and commission.

Solutions you can’t buy off the shelf

Every factory has a spot where no catalogue has the answer: a special product, a tight space or an existing line the new machine has to fit. We design and build such equipment and lines to order.

A typical project starts from what exists: we combine conveyors, dosing and packaging equipment, robots and sensors into one working whole, controlled from one panel and one screen.

Our strength is the whole. Since we also do automation, robotics and industrial software ourselves, there is no gap between machine, robot and control system that belongs to someone else — one partner designs, delivers, commissions and later picks up the phone.

We build the control panels in our own workshop. Mechanics and special equipment come from vetted partners and manufacturers — we select, match, assemble and take responsibility for the result.

Every machine is delivered with a risk assessment, CE declaration of conformity, drawings and documentation — so maintenance, audits and further development are easy later.

// Benefits

What a custom machine changes in your factory

Fits your product and space exactly

You don’t have to rearrange production around the machine — the machine is made around production.

One responsible party from start to finish

Mechanics, electrics, robot and software from one place: no interfaces nobody is responsible for.

An old line gets a new life

Working equipment stays, the new part is built onto it — the investment is smaller than a new line.

Safety on paper and in practice

Risk assessment, safety circuits and CE marking are part of the delivery, not an extra order.

Less manual work

Dosing, packaging and handling go to the machine; people stay to supervise and manage.

Data from day one

The machine is integrated with SCADA and ERP: volumes, downtime and alarms are visible immediately.

Solutions already running in factories

No two solutions are the same, but the approach is: we start by mapping the product and process, not from an equipment catalogue. A few examples of what we have built for factories.

Automatic packaging line

Fish industry — fishmeal dosing and packaging line

An automatic line that doses fishmeal, fills and seals the packages and passes them on for handling — no manual weighing or lifting. Design, equipment selection, panels, program and commissioning from one place.

Metal industry — custom handling machine

A machine built for a contract manufacturer’s plant that wasn’t sold off the shelf: mechanics, drives, safety and control designed for exactly one process and space, and integrated with existing production.

Yellow industrial robot on a conveyor line

Conveyor lines with robots

Conveyors, sensors and robots combined into one line: the product moves, the robot picks, packs or stacks, and the whole line is run from one panel and one screen. The same pattern works in food, wood and metal industries.

// Lifecycle and process

From need to a working machine —
from brief to commissioning

Every machine-building project goes through the same steps. So you know from the start what happens when — and we know nothing gets missed.

01

Brief and mapping

We visit the factory, measure the space and the line, and map the product, volumes and bottlenecks. We agree what the machine must do — and what it doesn’t have to.

02

Concept and budget

We propose 1–2 solution options with a sketch, equipment selection and estimate. Together we decide which one is worth building.

03

Design

3D mechanical design, electrical and automation design, risk assessment. Where needed we bring a partner into the mechanical design — the responsibility stays with us.

04

Procurement and panels

We select and order conveyors, drives, sensors and special equipment; we build the control panels in our own workshop and write the program.

05

Assembly and testing

The machine is assembled and the program tested before going to the factory (FAT — factory acceptance test before delivery).

06

Installation and commissioning

Installation, integration with the existing line and SCADA, performance confirmed with real products (SAT — site acceptance test).

07

Handover and support

CE declaration of conformity, drawings, manuals and operator training. From there we maintain and develop the machine under an SLA agreement.

Where to start?

Describe your situation — an engineer reviews it and we reply within one working day.

// Machine building SLA

A machine needs maintenance
after commissioning too

Nobody knows a custom machine better than the people who built it. In the SLA we agree the maintenance schedule, support hours and response — so the machine stays in working order and evolves with production.

Scope and terms are agreed per client — without an agreement we help on a time-and-materials basis, on working days.

Scheduled maintenance

Regular inspection of mechanics, drives and safety devices on an agreed schedule — before wear turns into downtime.

Spare and wear parts

We know exactly what is inside the machine. Critical wear parts kept in agreed stock; we answer a spare parts enquiry within one working day.

Technical support on working days

An engineer is available on working days from 8 to 17. We respond to an SLA client’s fault report within the same working day.

Rebuilds and extensions

A new product, higher volume or an extra module — we develop the same machine further without starting from scratch.

// FAQ

Before you start

Do you build the machine yourselves or buy it ready-made?

Both, depending on the task. Standard components — conveyors, drives, dosers — we buy from manufacturers, special parts are designed and made at partners, control panels we build ourselves. Assembly, programming and commissioning are done by us.

How long does a custom machine take?

A simpler handling or dosing machine usually takes a few months, a line with robots six months or more. The schedule depends most on the lead time of special equipment — we tell you that already at the concept stage.

Who is responsible for safety and CE marking?

We are. Risk assessment, safety circuits and the declaration of conformity under the Machinery Directive are part of the delivery. When rebuilding an existing line we also assess whether the change requires a new conformity assessment.

How is the price formed?

The price consists of design, equipment and components, the panel and programming, and installation. At the concept stage we give an estimate per option — so you can decide before anything is ordered.
